Returns Policy

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee or product replacement on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.


To help us resolve your matter as swiftly as possible, please provide us with the following information:

  • Your full name, date of purchased, order number the product in question and what has happened
  • Photos or videos of the defected item as proof of damage. If photos cannot prove the deficiency of the products, please upload videos
  • The products need to be returned to Plushie Haven if our Dispute Team requires


Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We will not offer a refund if:

  • You do not like the product
  • Shipping information given to us is incorrect
  • You have ordered the wrong product
  • Tracking information has been deleted by local post office or logistics company
  • Product has been damaged or shipping delays caused by situations not within our control (epidemic/pandemic, earthquake, flood, storm, virus, heavy snow, custom inspections, however Plushie Haven will notify you by email
